Made from 3/8" thick HDPE Sanalite sheets (picture kitchen cutting board material), these wedges are used to align a sled for particular angles. The sled is used on a table saw (very carefully) to cut wood pieces from a strip of wood. Those pieces have certain selected angles on them, and are placed together to form the most basic shapes, a circle.
Set includes one of each:
8 segment = 45 degree
10 segment = 36 degree
12 segment = 30 degree
16 segment = 22.5 degree
20 segment = 18 degree
24 segment = 15 ddegree
30 segment = 12 degree
48 segment = 7.5 degree
Picture shows the sled I made to use them with. It is not included in the purchase. There are several options out there on the world wide web that you can model it upon. In my product list is a PDF drawing of the one I made. Free for you to download. Please use care when making your own sled.
